Piece and Brand Variables that can be used in Marketing tools

Updated over a month ago

What are Variables?

Variables are placeholders that automatically swap out for specific values stored in a database. You can think of them as "fill-in-the-blank" spots in templates. In PropertyRadar, you can use variables to personalize and create marketing copy and create direct mail pieces at scale, while keeping them tailored to a specific recipient.

In PropertyRadar, variables are derived from available property details (Piece), or the Brand details you customize in your Brand Center (Brand). Variables are usually identified in text as values between curly brackets - i.e. "{{Brand_BusinessName}}"

Note - most variables contain values - for example, Address and Owner First Name; however, variables used less often, like a headshot in your Brand Center, will be limited by its availability. Testing your emails is a great way to ensure variable substitution.
