This release enables the Email Marketing feature for users. It also improves the usability of the Direct Mail feature. Additional statistics for both Email Marketing and Direct Mail were also added. Many other improvements and bug fixes are also included.

It now remembers the addresses used for sending sample emails (within the same browser)
We removed the 'Plain Text' format (it wasn't really sending just a plain text email). The 'Plain Text' button now removes all existing formatting.
Messages sent to a single property are now sent immediately and not queued for later processing
Users can now create and save an email signature in Account Settings without having linked their email account
Piece variables can be used in the email subject
While the email subject is limited to 60 characters, longer subjects created by variable substitution will not be shortened to 60 characters
Added Stats for Direct Mail and Email Marketing orders to the Purchases History in Purchases Settings
A preview image of the Postcard or Email is displayed

Changes:
Many autocomplete criteria now support multiple select. To use, hold the ctrl key (command on Mac) while clicking on additional suggested results
Improved how suggestions are listed. Results that start with the typed string will be shown first. For example, if you type 'Lake' in a City criteria, all the top choices will be cities starring with 'Lake' rather than other cities containing 'Lake' like 'Salt Lake City'
Changed the labels in the Brand Center for Business Owner items to start with 'Business Owner'
(Support Issue) - Online Ads exports for Google Match are now in clear text rather than hashes
Password changes
We have changed our 'Forgot Password' method. It no longer changes and emails you your new password. It will email you a time limited link to enter a new password. If not changed, the old password continues to work.
Passwords are now a minimum of 12 characters. Existing passwords do not require changing. This applies to new registrations, password changes, and forgot password
We changed our password hashing to a stronger method to improve account security
We reduced the complexity of the Purchase Summary dialog. Some of the prior information is no longer shown, but all the important values still remain.
Changed the Direct Mail workflow to a single screen from the multi-page wizard
Renamed the 'Restrictions' document type (Transactions History in Property Profile) to 'CC&Rs'
Removed the 'raw' counts from the Public API responses
The included counts for 'Import' will no longer show on Purchases Settings for accounts that do not have the Import feature
We changed the description for purchased phones and emails in Purchases History. Phones were changed from 'phones' to 'Phone Numbers' and emails from 'Emails' to 'Email Addresses'
Issues Resolved:
(Support Issue) - Data exported from Online Ads for Google Match now validates the format of the data to prevent import errors such as invalid email addresses and phone numbers. This does not verify the values are correct and valid, but makes sure the strings meet the standards for such a field.
Fixed the description of the 'Ownership Type' criteria
The activities "New Phone Number", "New Email Address", "Person Updated", "New Notice of Default", "New Notice of Trustee Sale" are now visible in Property Profile for all users
(Support Issue) - Made some back end process improvements to prevent a re-occurrence of some past service outages
Resolved an issue that prevented purchasing Emails and Phones with a direct charge versus using the Purchase Balance
(Support Issue) - The number of comps option for Comparables works again
(Support Issue) - Users that are no longer part of an account can now create a new account when prompted during login. Previously they were receiving an error that 'Only Admins or Owners can change the subscription'.
(Support Issue) - The confirmation box when removing a user from an account now states that the subscription will not be changed. To stop being charged for an additional member, the Owner/Admin needs to change their subscription. This is in response to the change we made that no longer automatically changes the subscription when removing members. We will look in to providing a more automated method in the future.

Known Issues:
Minor formatting issues with the email 'Template Saved' dialog
The Email Marketing dialog does not fit on our smallest supported window size
Users are not prompted to create an Automation for Email Marketing after sending an email to a list that only contains a single property
