New Features:
Email Marketing
Email Marketing allows users to easily create and send emails to leads using an email template or with the help of the Radar AI Email-Writing Assistant. This allows users to streamline their email campaigns, save time, and maintain complete control over their messaging.
Key Features:
Email Automations: Build a list and automate email delivery to new leads that match your criteria, saving time and effort with a "set-it-and-forget-it" approach.
Radar AI Email-Writing Assistant: Craft the perfect email every time by describing your message, tone, key points, and CTA. The AI generates a draft that you can edit and save as a reusable template.
Efficiency: Streamline your email marketing process with automated workflows and AI-assisted writing, allowing for more focused time on strategy and engagement.
Order-Specific Direct Mail and Email Marketing statistics
Located in Purchases History in Purchases Settings, users can now see order-specific statistics for direct mail and email.
A preview image of the Postcard or Email is also displayed.
Changes:
Autocomplete Criteria and Suggestions:
Many autocomplete criteria now support multiple select. To select multiple options, hold the Ctrl key (Command on Mac) while clicking additional suggested results.
Improved the listing of suggestions, where results starting with the typed string will now be displayed first. For instance, typing "Lake" in a City criteria will prioritize cities beginning with "Lake" (e.g., Lakeview) over others like "Salt Lake City."
Brand Center Updates:
Labels for Business Owner items in the Brand Center have been updated to start with "Business Owner."
Security and Password Updates:
We’ve updated the "Forgot Password" method to send a time-limited link to reset your password rather than emailing a new password.
Passwords are now required to be at least 12 characters long. Existing passwords are not impacted.
Strengthened password hashing to improve overall account security.
User Experience Enhancements:
Simplified the Purchase Summary dialog by reducing non-essential information while retaining all important values.
Changed the Direct Mail workflow to a single-screen process from the previous multi-page wizard, streamlining the user experience.
Data and Export Updates:
Renamed the "Restrictions" document type in Transactions History to "CC&Rs."
Removed raw counts from the Public API responses for cleaner data presentation.
Removed "Import" counts from Purchases Settings for accounts without the Import feature.
Updated the description of purchased phones and emails in Purchases History. "Phones" is now referred to as "Phone Numbers" and "Emails" as "Email Addresses."
Support and Custom Exports:
Custom Audience exports for Google Match are now in clear text instead of hashes for easier understanding.
Resolved Issues:
Data Validation and Export Enhancements:
Data exported from Custom Audience for Google Match now validates the format of email addresses and phone numbers to prevent import errors. While it ensures the values meet formatting standards, it does not verify their accuracy.
Fixed the description of the 'Ownership Type' criteria for better clarity.
Property Profile and User Activity Updates:
Activities such as "New Phone Number," "New Email Address," "Person Updated," "New Notice of Default," and "New Notice of Trustee Sale" are now visible in the Property Profile for all users, improving transparency and accessibility.
System Improvements and Issue Resolutions:
Implemented back-end process improvements to reduce the likelihood of past service outages reoccurring.
Resolved an issue that prevented users from purchasing Emails and Phones via direct charge, instead of using the Purchase Balance.
Restored functionality to the "Number of Comps" option in Comparables.
User Account and Subscription Updates:
Users no longer part of an account can now create a new account when prompted during login, fixing the error that previously prevented them from doing so.
The confirmation box when removing a user from an account now clarifies that the subscription will not change. Owners/Admins need to manually update the subscription to stop being charged for an additional member. Plans to automate this process are being considered for future updates.
Known Issues:
Minor formatting issues with the email 'Template Saved' dialog
The Email Marketing dialog does not fit on our smallest supported window size
Users are not prompted to create an Automation for Email Marketing after sending an email to a list that only contains a single property
