Plans and Pricing provides details about our three subscription plans; below the Free 5-day trial heading, you can toggle between annual and monthly plan pricing offers. The Compare Plans section provides specifics for each subscription plan including: Solo, Team, and Business plans. The Solo plan, for example, is priced at $119 per month and includes advanced features like Liens criteria, which are not available in older plans like the Pro Plan.
You can change plans anytime.
To Change Your Subscription Plan
1. From your Account Settings menu, select Subscription.
2. In the Subscription window, select Change Subscription.
3. In the Change Subscription pop-up:
Select Base Plan to change the subscription
Select Add Ons, to Mange Integration, Monitored List and Track Add Ons
Click on Total (annual or monthly) to change the term
4. You can update your payment option if necessary, otherwise click the Purchase button.
Your subscription will be modified to your selections. Be sure to read the User Agreement describing your rights and responsibilities when using PropertyRadar.
