What is the Online Ads feature?

Online Ads is a new feature in PropertyRadar that allows users to easily create and execute hyperlocal, data-driven digital ad campaigns that target property owners and leads on their lists. As the cornerstone of a successful multi-channel marketing strategy, online ads amplify the impact of your other efforts, such as email and direct mail campaigns, ensuring your message reaches its full potential.

With an easy 3-step process, users can upload custom designs, use direct mail templates, or describe their ideal ad, and the PropertyRadar team handles the rest. Designed to complement other marketing efforts like direct mail and email campaigns, Online Ads offer a seamless way to expand your reach, boost visibility, and ensure consistent branding across channels.

NOTE: The previous "Online Ads" feature has been renamed Custom Audience. This functionality remains unchanged, allowing users to export their lead lists and upload them as custom audiences on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads for precise targeting.

How to Create an Online Ad Order

Online Ad functionality can be accessed through any menu or elliptical that provides Connect menu options. Those include My List Cards, My List Views (Map, Grid, Card, Split), Property Cards, and Property Profiles. The following steps demonstrate how to create an online ad order from a List Card. The process is nearly identical for all other navigation paths with the only difference being that other approaches begin step 1, action 3 from the menu list.


Step 1: Access Online Ads from any saved list

  1. Navigate to the My List tab.

  2. Select Connect on any saved list card.

  3. Select Online Ads to begin creating your campaign.

Step 2: Complete the 3-Step Online Ads Process

1. Read Online Ads Order Creation Summary

Thoroughly read the Online Ads introduction which includes details about the feature, pricing, and an example of an online ad design. Click Next to proceed to the Design step.

2. Provide Design Details

Input Landing Page URL:
Input the URL of your website or landing page to which leads who click on your ad will be directed. This information is required to create your ad and can be pulled directly from the Brand Center.

Choose a design option:

  • Design Option 1: Provide a description of what you want the ads to look like, including:

    • Visual elements (e.g., color schemes, fonts).

    • Ad copy and call-to-action (CTA), which can also come from the Brand Center.

    • Images or logos, which you can upload for the team:

      • Select from saved images in the Brand Center.

      • Include inspirational images or designs for resizing.

  • Design Option 2: Use a Direct Mail Template

    • Select from your previously saved Direct Mail templates for our design team to redesign into an Online Ad.

  • Design Option 3: Upload Your Own Design

    • Upload custom designs for the four required ad sizes (728x90, 320x50, 300x250, and 336x280). Ensure designs meet exact specifications, as resizing is not available with this option.

    • Acceptable file types include JPG, PNG, and GIF.

3. Review & Purchase

Purchase Summary:
Review a summary of your order and complete your purchase.


What to Expect Next:

Design Review: The PropertyRadar team will design your ads and send them to you for review within five business days. If you uploaded your own design, the team will validate your submission and confirm that it’s been accepted.

  • The team may reach out to schedule a consultation if needed.

  • Only one round of updates is allowed for ad designs. Additional rounds of design feedback will incur an additional cost.

Ad Execution: Once your ad is finalized, the team will launch and monitor your campaign. Ads typically run for 5-10 days. Once your campaign is complete, you’ll receive a report including the following metrics:

  • Impressions: The number of times your ad is displayed on a screen, regardless of whether someone interacts with it.

  • Click-through: When someone clicks on your ad to visit your website or landing page.


Creating a duplicate Online Ad order

Easily create a new order using the same ad design to keep reaching your current audience—or to another saved list.

Step 1: Access Online Ads from any saved list

  1. Navigate to the My List tab.

  2. Select Connect on any saved list card.

  3. Select Online Ads to begin creating your campaign.

Step 2: Complete the 3-Step Online Ads Process

Click Next to proceed to the Design step.

3. Review & Purchase

Online Ads cost $0.10 per property, with a minimum of 500 properties per order.
