What’s New:
The 4.16 release introduces major enhancements to the Discover page, making finding new leads more intuitive and efficient. Key updates to the page include a redesigned interface with main feature buttons relocated to the top bar for smoother navigation, and the introduction of Signals—visual indicators that highlight high-potential properties at a glance. The new Signal Bar on the Discover page displays record counts for popular criteria as you build lists, while Person and Property Signals appear on the Property Card and Property Profile, providing quick, actionable insights. Lastly, the new Code Enforcement Quick List helps users identify properties with code enforcement liens, often signaling distressed properties or motivated sellers.

Revamped Discover Page
The updated Discover Page is designed to make building lists and finding leads faster and easier than ever. We’ve streamlined navigation by incorporating access to key features into a single, intuitive interface, helping you uncover opportunities with less effort.
Key Updates:
Top Bar Navigation: The Discover, My List, and Auctions buttons are now conveniently located in the top bar for quick, easy access.
Integrated Lookup, Search, and Explore: Buttons for Lookup and Search (renamed Add Criteria) are now integrated into the top bar. and the Explore button is located at the top right corner of the map, streamlining your workflow.
New Signals Bar: As you build your list, the Signals Bar appears below the Criteria bar, showcasing up to 18 of our most popular search criteria with real-time record counts.

Person and Property Signals
The New Person and Property Signals are visual indicators designed to help users quickly spot high-potential opportunities. These Signal icons appear on the Property Card and Property Profile, providing instant insights at a glance. Additionally, Signals can be added as columns in search results and export fields, streamlining the process of filtering, analyzing, and extracting key data for more efficient decision-making.
Code Enforcement Quick List
The Code Enforcement Quick List highlights properties with liens resulting from code enforcement actions, such as violations of local building or maintenance codes. These liens often indicate distressed properties or motivated owners who may be more likely to sell or require home services.
Changes:
We've removed the Hamburger menu, previously located in the top left corner of the app. The features are now tabs in the title bar
The Support items, User Agreement, Disclaimer and Version to the '?' (help) menu have been moved.
Our Track packages now include the Online Ads feature.
We've removed the 500 contact limit for making calls with WAVV. Users can now open a list of any size and use the Make Call action without limits.
Issues Resolved:
Improved login time when our third party Support chat app has an outage
Improved the experience when removing a member from an account
If the account subscription is over the included member count, the user will be prompted whether or not they wish to reduce the subscribed count or keep the extra member slot.
Made changes to Email Settings under Account Settings to make it clear which items account members (non Admins/Owner) can edit and which they cannot.
The Years Delinquent criteria now correctly handles multiple selections and the 5+ option correctly.
Activities are now created on properties when an Automation sends a Direct Mail
Fixed issues with Direct Mail stats for postcards sent by Automations.
Fixed deep links to the WAVV Messenger app
Fixed an issue that caused the web app to hang if the WAVV Messenger failed to load
Fixed some minor issues with the display after saving a Email Marketing template
When sending Email Marketing to a list with a single property, the user will now be prompted to create an Automation as happens with lists with multiple properties. This still does not happen for a single selected property.
Made some improvements to the handling of variables in the Direct Mail template editor
Improved the handling of adding images to Online Ads custom campaigns when over the 10 image limit
When changing accounts, the user is now sent to the default feature. This was causing errors when using a feature such as Auctions and then switching to an account without that feature.
Added proper error messaging when editing transactions NTS and NOD documents
Added a save confirmation when saving Email Marketing templates
The 'Was Listed' status now displays correctly when viewing Transactions Documents. It was always showing 'No'.
Blocked being able to accidentally purchase direct mail templates multiple times
Fixed issues with Before Date criteria and properties with no matching data
'Purchase Date' with a Before Date value will return all properties we do not have a last transfer recording date. The Purchase Date criteria description has been updated to describe this.
For other criteria, a Date Before criteria will no longer return properties that have no data matching that criteria
Fixed some issues with the WAVV dialer
When creating a campaign, it will no longer select properties without a purchased/unlocked phone number
It will correctly filter out phone numbers that are not active (such as those flagged by users to not call, wrong person, disconnected)
Fixed issues using WAVV actions on filtered lists
