What are Signals?
Signals are visual indicators designed to help users quickly identify potential opportunities within property data. These indicators appear in different places throughout the platform, including the Signal Bar on the Discover page, Property Profile, and Contact Card. Signals enhance the lead discovery process by allowing users to extract key insights more efficiently. This feature ultimately supports more data-driven decisions, helping users streamline their lead generation and outreach efforts.
Signal Bar
The Signal Bar is a dynamic tool that appears beneath the Criteria bar when users are building their lists. It displays up to 18 popular search criteria, along with real-time record counts, providing immediate visibility into potential opportunities. With the Signal Bar, users can quickly spot trends, refine their searches with a single click, and target leads more efficiently.
The Signal Bar can be toggled on and off using the light bulb 💡 icon next to the Make List button.
Property Signals
Property Signals are small icons that appear on the Property Card and Property Profile, offering essential insights about a property’s characteristics. These signals make it easier for users to spot key details about properties—such as vacancy and open lien status, or other relevant criteria—at a glance.
Person Signals
Person Signals are similar to Property Signals but are focused on individuals associated with the property. These signals provide valuable context about the people connected to a property, helping users vet leads more quickly. Just like Property Signals, Person Signals can be added to search results and export fields to allow for better filtering and analysis.
By using the powerful combination of Property and Person Signals, along with the Signal Bar, users can simplify their lead generation, improve list-building, and make more informed decisions, all while saving valuable time.
