Overview: PropertyRadar’s Phone Marketing feature includes customizable call scripts designed to streamline your outreach and boost your confidence during cold calls. You can create your own scripts from scratch or use Radar AI to help you craft the perfect message for any scenario. Whether you're making first contact or following up, structured and AI-generated scripts help guide more productive, engaging conversations. Scripts are available right within your dialing sessions, so you’re always prepared to make meaningful connections and maximize your results.

Types of Call Scripts

  1. User-Created Scripts
    Create and save personalized call scripts directly within PropertyRadar, tailored to your unique outreach goals.

  • Format your scripts as a dialogue between You (the caller) and the Owner (the lead) for natural, easy-to-follow conversations.

  • Use Brand and Piece variable fields to automatically personalize each message for every lead.

  • Ideal for building rapport and staying on-message during targeted campaigns.

2. Radar AI-Generated Scripts
Let Radar AI help you craft effective, scenario-specific call scripts in seconds.

  • Generate dynamic scripts tailored to different outreach goals and lead types.

  • Get help anticipating common objections and structuring responses for smoother, more confident calls.

  • Refine existing scripts with AI suggestions to ensure clarity, tone, and impact.

3. Marketplace Call Scripts (Coming Soon)
Soon you’ll be able to browse a growing library of pre-built scripts created by industry experts.

How to Access, Create, and Edit Call Scripts

  • Accessing Call Scripts:

    • Click the Silhouette button on the top left and click Call Scripts

    • Click to open the Please Select a Script dropdown menu to create a new call script or edit and existing one

  • Creating a New Call Script

    • When in Call Scripts Settings, click to open the Please Select a Script dropdown menu

    • Select your preferred method to create a new script

      • Select Generate with AI to open Radar AI call script writer

        • Once the Generate Call Script window opens, describe the type of script you’d like to create and hit Enter. Be sure to include details about your audience, your goal, and any relevant details.

        • Radar AI will create a Call Script for you

          • Type in your feedback or updates to refine the call script.

          • If you’re happy with the script, click Use Generate Script to save your new script.

      • Select New Script to begin writing your own Call Script.

        • Once the New Script window opens, start with creating a Script Name then begin writing your call script

          • Add any Piece or Brand Variables using the Text Variables dropdown menu

          • Add formatting like bold or bullet points to your script

        • When you’re finished writing your script, click Save Script.

  • Editing an Existing Call Script

    • When in Call Scripts Settings, click to open the 'Please Select a Script' dropdown menu and select the call script you want to edit

    • Click edit on the bottom right side to open the Call Script Editor

    • Once you’ve finished editing your script, click Update Script to save it

Accessing Call Scripts During Call Sessions

Call scripts are conveniently displayed on the right-hand side of the Phone Marketing screen during active dialer sessions, helping you stay organized and confident throughout your calls.

Using Scripts During Calls:

  • When you begin a Phone Marketing Dialer session, the Call Script window appears in the upper-right corner of your screen.

  • Use the Script dropdown menu to select the script you want to follow for the current call.

  • Need to make changes on the fly? Click Edit to update or customize your script in real time.
