What’s New
This release delivers powerful improvements to Phone Marketing within PropertyRadar. With integrated support for the National Do Not Call registry and Blacklist Alliance, it's easier than ever to ensure your outreach stays compliant. You’ll also notice a refreshed experience when running phone campaigns thanks to a redesigned interface, new call connection panel, and improved WAVV dialer capabilities. Plus, we resolved a wide range of bugs to make your experience smoother across the platform.
New Features
National Do Not Call Integration:
Filter properties by DNC status directly in Discover.
When launching WAVV dialer campaigns, choose whether to exclude DNC-listed numbers.
A new Telemarketing section in Account Settings lets you enter your SAN number to activate this feature and retroactively update purchased phone records.
Blacklist Alliance Integration:
Scrub purchased, imported, or entered phone numbers for DNC status using your Blacklist Alliance API key.
Enable this feature in Account Settings and access the new “Scrub with Blacklist” option via the list view Actions menu.
New Call Connection Panel (WAVV):
When a WAVV call connects, a new side panel opens in the Property Profile:
Call Scripts: Create your own, generate with Radar AI, or use pre-built scripts from the Marketplace. Scripts auto-personalize using contact and brand variables.
Call Notes: Add notes that automatically save to the contact record.
Call Outcome: Log results like “No Answer,” “Connected,” or “Voicemail” and view outcomes in the Property Profile Activity tab.
Enhancements and Changes
Improved Phone Import Options:
Now supports phone type (Landline or Mobile) and status (Active, Do Not Call, Opted Out, Wrong Person, Blacklisted).
Default type is now Mobile, and default status is Active when no value is provided.
Document Viewer Updates:
You can now purchase and upload images in the Person Liens section of the Property Profile, just like in Transactions.
Phone & Email Display Updates:
All phone numbers and emails now display, regardless of status.
Active items are marked with a green check; others show a warning icon with tooltip explanations and quick-edit options.
Dialer Promotion:
When bulk purchasing phones for multiple contacts, you’ll be prompted to enable WAVV for dialing efficiency.
Improved Email Handling:
Invalid emails are marked as “Undeliverable” without triggering bounce activities. Campaign stats are adjusted accordingly.
Sending to invalid emails now generates a credit.
Clickable Links Removed:
Click-to-call/email links are now disabled for numbers and addresses that aren’t marked Active, Do Not Call, or National Do Not Call.

Fixed: Non-active phones included in a telemarketing campaign no longer stop the dialer from functioning. (WEB-3659)

Fixed: Account restart errors for older accounts and those with removed add-ons. (WEB-3305, WEB-3342)
Fixed: Display of 'Next Bill Date' when making subscription changes. (API-3462)
