What are Email Marketing Statistics?

Email Marketing Statistics help you track the performance of your email campaigns so you can better understand what’s working—and what’s not. These insights allow you to:

  • Monitor deliverability and engagement

  • Identify leads who are actively opening and clicking

  • Address email issues like bounces or unsubscribes

  • Improve future campaign performance with data-driven decisions

Whether you're nurturing prospects or re-engaging past leads, these stats help ensure your message reaches the right inboxes.

Email Stat Definitions

Here’s a quick reference guide to help you understand your email campaign performance:

Statistic

Definition

Scheduled

Email is prepared and waiting in line to be sent, but has not yet been delivered to the recipient’s inbox.

Emailed

Email has been sent out from the system to the recipient’s email address.

Opened

The recipient has opened the email

Clicked

The recipient has clicked on at least one link contained within the email.

Replied

The recipient has replied to the email

Bounced

Email could not be delivered to the recipient, with details provided for delivery failure (e.g., invalid address).

Opted-out

The recipient has unsubscribed or indicated they no longer wish to receive emails from this sender.

Accessing Email Marketing Statistics in the App

You can view both overall and individual campaign email performance directly in the app.

View Overall Email Stats

To see a high-level summary of all your Email activity:

  1. Go to Account Settings.

  2. Scroll down to the Email Stats section, which shows aggregated data across all orders.

View Order-Specific Stats

For a general overview of a specific order:

  1. Click Purchase History under the Email Stats section.

  2. Select an order to open the Email Marketing Statistics page.

The Email Marketing Statistics page provides a general overview of that order, including overall counts such as emailed, opened, clicked, replied, bounced, and opted-out. It does not provide direct links from this page to the specific properties or leads who opened, clicked, or replied to the email.

Track Activity for Individual Leads

To view email activity for a specific lead or property:

  1. Open that lead’s Property Profile.

  2. Review the Activities section on that specific Property Profile.

The Activities section shows email activity at the individual property level, including when an email was sent and when that specific lead interacts with it, such as opening, clicking, or replying, along with any issues.

If you need to confirm which specific property or lead opened or replied to an email, check the Activities section on that property’s Property Profile.
