Understanding the Activities Section in the Property Profile

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Activities section in the Property and Owner Profile provides a detailed timeline of everything that’s happened with a property record or owner—from marketing outreach and property updates to your personal interactions. It's your central place for tracking engagement, outreach performance, and lead history.

What You’ll See in the Activities Section

The Activities feed helps you keep tabs on three key categories of activity:

🔹 Property Owner Updates

These are updates from PropertyRadar’s data, showing changes to the property or the person, including:

  • New person, phone, or email information

  • Property transfers or new listings

  • Loan and purchase anniversaries

  • Trustee sale activity and listing changes

🔹 User Actions

These are manual actions taken by you or someone on your team. For example:

  • Editing a person or property

  • Setting a lead status or interest level

  • Adding notes, tasks, photos, or documents

  • Viewing a profile, printing a report, or saving comparables

🔹 Marketing Outreach

Track how your outreach efforts are performing with real-time updates on:

  • Calls and texts (including call completed, no answer, etc.)

  • Emails (including opens, clicks, and bounces)

  • Direct mail (scheduled, in transit, delivered, or undelivered)

Outreach Issues: If something goes wrong—like undelivered mail or a bounced email—you’ll see the exact reason listed. This gives you better visibility into what’s working and what needs attention.
