Through a guided, conversational workflow, users answer a series of simple but strategic questions, and the Brand Builder generates essential brand elements such as logos, messaging, taglines, color palettes, images, and fonts. The brand elements generated by Brand Builder can be saved to the Brand Center and easily used to create impactful marketing materials like direct mail, emails, and ads.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to tighten your branding and messaging, Brand Builder gives you the tools to create a complete brand identity that attracts and converts.

You may have already uploaded your logo, headshot, or brand colors in the Brand Center—and that’s a great start. But visuals alone aren’t enough to build a brand that connects and converts. A full brand identity—covering messaging, style, and visuals—is essential for creating consistent, compelling outreach across all your marketing efforts.

Getting Started with Brand Builder

Where to Find Brand Builder

You can find the Brand Builder inside the Brand Center.

Navigation steps:

  1. Click the 👤 to open the Main Menu

  2. Select Brand Center.

  3. Click the Brand Builder button to open the feature.

Key Information to Have Ready Before Starting Brand Builder

To streamline the process and get the best results from Brand Builder, gather the following information ahead of time. These inputs will help the tool create messaging and visuals that truly reflect your business:

  • Business name and tagline (if you have one)

  • A short business description (1–2 sentences)

  • Your website URL (if available)

  • A list of your core products or services and their primary benefits

  • A clear description of your ideal customer, including demographics, needs, and pain points

  • Your service territory or market area

  • Your business’s values, personality traits, and vision/mission (if defined)

  • Your preferred brand tone or voice (e.g., casual, professional, energetic)

  • Examples of past marketing messages or ads that felt “on-brand” (optional but helpful)

  • High-quality logo and image files (or be ready to use the AI-powered logo generator or stock image suggestions within the tool)

Completing the Brand Builder Process

After launching the Brand Builder for the first time, you’ll see a welcome message from Radar AI. If you’ve already started the process and are returning, you will continue where you left off.

  1. Click Get Started to begin the process
    Note: If you already have assets saved in your Brand Center, you’ll see a notice letting you know that running Brand Builder will overwrite those existing brand elements.
    Don’t worry—if you want to keep specific assets like your current logo, you can re-upload them during the Brand Builder process.

  2. Review Prepopulated Information: The tool will pull in any previously entered brand details. If data exists, you’ll be prompted to review and update as needed.

  3. Walk Through the Interview: Answer step-by-step questions, including Business Overview, Target Audience, Brand Story, and Desired Personality. You can upload or select images and logos as you go.

  4. Let the AI Work: Review suggestions for taglines, descriptions, and style. Accept, revise, or request new options based on feedback.

  5. Finalize Style: Choose fonts, color palettes, upload or generate logos, and confirm your selections. The system will save your results.

  6. Complete!: Once you’ve completed the Brand Center process, you’ll be redirected to the PropertyRadar app; your new brand identity will now be saved in your Brand Center and ready to use in all PropertyRadar marketing tools

Once you complete the Brand Builder process, your Brand Center will be instantly updated with a full suite of brand assets—customized to reflect your unique business identity.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • AI-enhanced or generated logo(s) that align with your brand’s personality

  • A professionally designed color palette (primary, secondary, action, and background colors)

  • Curated fonts for headlines, body text, and accents that work together beautifully

  • Compelling taglines, messaging, value propositions, and a clear business description

  • High-quality images, either uploaded by you or selected from curated stock options

All of your brand elements are tailored to your business and saved directly in the Brand Center, ready to power your next postcard, email, or ad campaign.

How to Use Brand Builder Assets in Your Marketing

Your Brand Builder assets are designed to plug directly into the marketing outreach you create in PropertyRadar.

Here’s how you can use it:

  • Direct Mail: Automatically apply your logo, color palette, and messaging to postcards.

  • Email Campaigns: Use your tagline to create consistent branding and messaging for email outreach.

  • Online Ads: Access ready-to-use visuals for online ads.

  • Future Campaigns: All assets are reusable for any campaign, boosting professionalism, recognition, and engagement across every channel.

Tip: You can always refine brand elements later in the Brand Center, or use the Brand Builder again to refresh messaging or style as your business evolves
