What’s New
This release introduces Limit Criteria, allowing users to limit the amount of properties returned, with sort functionality to further customize lists and focus on what matters most to them. It also contains Divorce Data gathered at the court-level, replacing recorder-based data, with detail into the filing dates, plaintiffs and/or defendants.
New Features
Limit Criteria - Users can now use Limit criteria to cap the number of matching results, and leverage sort functionality based on their chosen field selection.
Nearest Criteria - Users can designate an address or use their current location to select the nearest properties to the location.
Enhancements and Changes
Divorce Criteria
Divorce Decree Date and Divorce Recording Date are no longer valid search parameters. Explore Divorce Data through new Divorce Filing Date criteria. This replaces late‑stage, recorder‑based divorce data with earlier notice.
New Activity
Properties imported to lists will now have an Activity showing which import list they were matched to.
Resolved Issues
Filtering by Property Type
Fixed an issue where all property types were displayed in map view, on desktop, when filtering was applied.
Errors Displayed
Photo upload errors now display on web app when failure occurs.
Android App - When creating a dynamic list, returning to My List caused the application to freeze. Fixed.
Auctions
Resolved an issue with Auctions that caused the selected County to change when trying to open a second Property Profile
