Limit Criteria

Narrow down results in Discover

Updated today

Limit Criteria provides new functionality in Discover > Mail Tools > Limit that caps the number of properties returned from the current criteria set, based on the existing sort order, up to a maximum of 200,000 records.

Recommended Use

This feature is especially valuable for marketing purposes and audience segmentation, or anyone running budget-specific campaigns who need to contact a precise number of properties, regardless of the total results available.

Leveraging the sort options in tandem with limits allow users to explore properties based on ascending or descending

Tip: Using Limit criteria alongside other options can help you create interesting, focused, and highly-specific ordered lists, while ensuring your related marketing outreach is on message, and within budget. Examples:

  • A selection of the 100 most expensive or largest homes in town

  • 250 properties with the most debt

  • 250 high-valued properties by longest days on market

  • And countless more...

Limitations:

  • Maximum allowed value of 200,000.

  • Must be used with other criteria

Nested Lists

The behavior when nesting lists depends on the combination of list types:
