Brand Center is now Brand Manager
Brand Manager is your place to manage company information, branding, marketing templates, and preview your brand. It brings your details into one place so they can be reused across marketing tools like Direct Mail, Email Marketing, Phone, and Online Ads.
What you can do in Brand Manager
With Brand Manager, you can:
Add and update your brand information, including your company info, messaging, and style elements like colors, fonts, logos, and images.
Use Generate with Radar for selected brand elements such as About, Headlines, CTA, Logo, and Color Palette.
Add stock images to your brand library.
Manage templates for multiple marketing channels in one place, including creating, editing, duplicating, archiving, and in some cases deleting templates.
Preview how your brand elements work together in a template-driven brand preview.
Important things to know before you start
PropertyRadar currently supports one brand per account.
If you previously used Brand Center, your existing brand data should carry over because the new experience uses the same underlying data, with added fields as needed..
Access Brand Manager
You can access Brand Manager from the PropertyRadar settings/menu area
.
If you are entering from an older PropertyRadar workflow, you may also see links that open Brand Manager directly to the right area, such as Templates.
Complete your brand information
Brand Manager is designed to help you build a complete, reusable brand, even if you do not have a marketing background.
Information you will be asked to add
Business information and brand type, including whether the brand is for a business, team, agent, or solopreneur-style identity.
How well your website reflects your brand, and whether the owner should be shown in branding.
Brand personality.
Messaging such as About, Headlines, CTA, and disclosures.
Style elements such as logo, images, color palette, and fonts.
Validation and save rules
Brand Manager will validate fields wherever possible, including things like phone number format, email format, and character limits.
For fields with a maximum length:
You should be able to see the limit and how many characters remain.
If you go over the limit, you may still be able to type or paste more text, but you will not be able to submit until the value is back within the allowed range.
Use Generate with Radar
Brand Manager includes Generate with Radar for selected brand elements. The requirements specifically call out:
About
Headlines
CTA
Logo
Color Palette
This feature reuses the AI services built for Brand Builder rather than making you rerun the full Brand Builder flow just to refresh one part of your brand.
Add logos, colors, fonts, and images
Logos and images
Brand logos and images should display in their full native aspect ratios and should not be cropped or stretched in Brand Manager.
Logos will appear over a partially checkered background so you can tell whether the logo itself has transparency. Checkered backgrounds are transparent. You can also add stock images using the same stock image picker built for Brand Builder.
Colors
The color palette tool should let you either:
Pick a color with a color picker, or
Enter a standard color value such as a hex code.
The palette should automatically show either white or black text on each color swatch based on accessibility contrast standards.
Fonts
Brand Manager includes brand fonts as part of your style setup.
AI-generated logo fonts are not part of this release. The existing Google Fonts remains in place with a new experience around it.
Template Manager - Update templates in one place
Brand Manager is intended to be the main home for template management across marketing channels.
What you can do with templates
View all templates together in a tiled gallery layout.
Sort templates by name or date created.
Filter templates by campaign, type, or archived status.
Create new templates in one place for supported channels, including from scratch, through AI, or by upload as appropriate for that channel.
Edit existing templates in one place.
Duplicate templates.
Delete templates that have never been used in marketing.
Delete vs. archive
This is an important rule:
Templates that have never been used can be deleted permanently.
(Coming Soon)Templates that have been used should not be deleted. They are archived instead, so they remain available for performance analysis and record keeping.
Important If you update a brand variable
After you update a brand variable, Brand Manager will check whether saved templates are using that variable and prompt you to update those templates with the new value.
This is meant to save time when changing items like contact details or other reused brand information.
