Using FSBO Data

Identify owners actively trying to sell their property without an agent

Overview

FSBO data in PropertyRadar helps you identify owners who are actively trying to sell their property without a real estate agent. This data complements MLS listings and is designed to help users discover, filter, export, and act on FSBO opportunities throughout the product.

.

What FSBO data includes

FSBO data includes:

  • A listing type of FSBO.

  • A listing status of Active or Withdrawn.

  • Listing dates and status-change timing based on when a listing was added, changed, or removed.

  • Current and original list price.

  • Listing description.

  • Listing link.

  • A property-level FSBO flag when a property has an active FSBO listing.

PropertyRadar also uses FSBO data in quicklists. The FSBO quicklist is based on Property Has FSBO: Yes, and the Pre-Movers quicklist has been updated to include listings where type is FSBO or MLS and status is Active.

Where is it located?

For Sale By Owner (FSBO) criteria can be round by selecting Add Criteria > Listing. Alternatively, you can just use Radar AI and use plain language and filter the list with FSBO listings.

Why FSBO data is powerful

FSBO data is powerful because it captures a high-intent seller signal. These owners have already raised their hand and said they want to sell.

It is also powerful because FSBO is separate from MLS instead of blended into it. That distinction can help you search more precisely, understand listing context more clearly, and build more targeted outreach workflows.

For many users, FSBO data also opens practical workflows immediately. Real estate agents can identify owners who may eventually decide to list with an agent. Investors can look for sellers who may be open to alternative offers. Home services and moving-related businesses can target owners who are likely preparing for a move.

FAQs

How often is FSBO data updated?

FSBO vendor data is delivered weekly.

Is FSBO the same as MLS in PropertyRadar?

No. FSBO is intended to stay independent from MLS so users can distinguish the two listing types in supported surfaces and workflows.

Can I search and filter using FSBO data?

Yes. FSBO is available for use in search, criteria, quicklists, property profile, exports, and related product experiences where the listings field matrix applies.

Bottom line

FSBO data gives PropertyRadar users a clearer way to identify owners who are actively trying to sell on their own. By keeping FSBO distinct from MLS and making it usable across search, quicklists, property profile, and exports, PropertyRadar turns a valuable seller signal into something users can actually find, segment, and act on.
