The PropertyRadar API lets you retrieve property and owner data, automate workflows, and connect PropertyRadar with your internal tools, CRM, and reporting systems.
Before you start
Before working with the API, make sure you have:
API access through a current Solo, Team, or Business subscription.
Basic familiarity with REST, JSON, and HTTP.
An in-house developer or trusted technical partner to implement and maintain the integration.
An understanding of bearer-token authentication and webhook setup. PropertyRadar supports API tokens and webhooks through the Integrations & API area of Account Settings.
API availability
API access is available only on current PropertyRadar plans - Solo, Team, and Business.
If you are on a legacy or retired plan, API access is not included. To use the API, you will need to move to a current plan. Trial access remains available for some Legacy Plans. Read more about API Trials.
API Support
Support for the PropertyRadar API depends on your subscription plan. Users with a current subscription are encouraged to view our API Documentation here.
Business: API support is available through PropertyRadar technical support.
Solo and Team: API support is self-service and offered via community.

How to get access
If you are on a Solo, Team, or Business plan, visit your Account Settings. Your API Access Token and be generated or replaced within your API settings.
