What counts as a Zapier Integration Slot?
What counts as a Zapier Integration Slot?
Updated over 10 months ago

Every plan comes with an included amount of Integration slots. When connecting with Zapier, you will utilize your integration slots, but depending on how you configure Zapier, you might use 1 slot or multiple slots.

When looking at your Account Settings, you will see a list of Integrations you are utilizing:

When you connect Zapier to Property, you will see the "API Zapier" (Red Arrow above). This signifies that you have authenticated with our service through Zapier and does not count against your Integration Slot count.

When you create a Zap in Zapier, it will have a Trigger. When you have a Zap connected to Property Radar, the Trigger Name in the Zap will be displayed in PropertyRadar, signifying it is using a slot.

In the screenshot above, there are two Zaps connected to PropertyRadar: one with a Trigger named "trigger2", and one named "Test to view payload". That means two Integration slots are being utilized.

Because you can have multiple lists pointing to the same Zap, you can handle them using one single Zap -- We can give you a hand if you reach out to techsupport@propertyradar.com and set up a call. Otherwise, if you would prefer a single zap per list, that will take additional slots.
