Automate your Email Marketing

With PropertyRadar Automations, you can monitor a list for new properties or monitor for status changes to existing properties in that list (Triggers). When an automation is triggered, it can take one or more Actions that you select—including sending emails.

How to set up Email Automations

  1. Open Automations menu: From My Lists, choose the list you wish to set up a Email automation and click Automations


  2. Enable Automations: Make sure to enable Automations by checking the Enabled box


  3. Setup Triggers: Choose which event(s) you'd like to trigger an Email being sent from your list.

    1. New matches: Occurs when a property is added to your list.

    2. Status changes: Occurs when a property that is already in your list has a change in status.

    3. Warning. Selecting Status changes for an existing list can send/trigger the same email for any status change. (For example, if a property is listed for sale and has a price change, that will trigger emails. The first is when the property is listed, and the second is when the price changes.)


  4. Click Set Up Email Marketing Action

    5. Choosing the Right Email Template for Your Campaign:

    With four options available, selecting an email template has never been easier:

    1. Generate from AI – Quick and automated, AI provides you with a customized template.

    2. Add From Marketplace – Access a variety of templates tailored to various industries.

    3. Select an Existing Template – Reuse templates you've already created.

    4. Create from Scratch – Design a unique template from the ground up

6. Setting Up Send Options for your Email

a. Select the Recipient - Choose who will receive the email

b. Connect or Disconnect your Email Address - Manage the email address used

c. Schedule Delivery – Set the day and time you’d like your email to be sent.

d. Send Options:

- Signature – Add a signature (required by CAN-SPAM).

- Unsubscribe Link – Include a link to unsubscribe (required by CAN-SPAM).

- Enable Open and Link Tracking – (may impact deliverability).

7. To begin the automation, click Start Automation when you're ready.

The number of emails sent each day will impact both the deliverability of your email to recipients inboxes and can be permanently impact the reputation on your email account. Read more about email deliverability and warming up your account to increase volumes here.
