What is Bankruptcy Data?
PropertyRadar now includes comprehensive bankruptcy data, providing valuable insights for real estate professionals. This data is sourced from bankruptcy court records, which are linked to property owners rather than the properties themselves. With this new feature, you can match property owners to their full address as listed in the bankruptcy documents.
Using Bankruptcy Data in PropertyRadar
Use Divorce Criteria in Search
From the Main Menu, click Discover and select Search

Quickly Identify Bankruptcy with Bankruptcy Flags
To help identify properties linked to bankrupt owners, PropertyRadar has introduced two new bankruptcy flags:
Person Bankruptcy Flag:
This flag is visible if the individual associated with the property has an active bankruptcy.
Property Bankruptcy Flag / “In Bankruptcy”:
This flag is set to true if any person who is an owner (including owners and trustees, but not principals or other related parties) of the property has an active bankruptcy.
Icons
New icons have been added to the platform for easy identification:
Icons will be displayed in property profiles.
Icons will also be attached to the Contact Card for any relevant properties.
Notes will also be displayed under the Contact Card for the owner.
