PropertyRadar now includes comprehensive involuntary lien data, covering both property-based and person-based liens. This data detailed information about liens recorded against properties and individuals, including modifications, extensions, postponements, and releases.


Using Property-Based Involuntary Lien Data in PropertyRadar

What It Is

Property-based lien data includes liens recorded against properties rather than individuals. This data helps identify properties with outstanding liens, such as mechanics liens (MLN) and association liens (ASL).


Where to Find It

Details and lien documents for property-based liens are located in the Transaction History section of the property profile.


Lien Flags

  • Property Lien Flag:

    • This flag is set to true if the property has one or more open property liens.

Finding Criteria

You can locate this criteria under:

  • Search > Loans & Liens > Liens

Person-Based Involuntary Lien Data

What It Is

Person-based lien data includes liens recorded against individuals rather than properties. This information is crucial for understanding the financial obligations of property owners.


Where to Find It

Details about person-based liens are located on the Contact Card, with documents stored in the Transaction History.


Lien Flags

  • Person Lien Flag:

    • This flag is set to true if the person has one or more open person liens. This does not apply to related subsidiary documents.

  • Property Has Person Lien Flag:

    • This flag is set to true if any owners of the property have one or more open person liens. This does not apply to related subsidiary documents.

Finding Criteria

You can find the new criteria under:

  • Search > Owner Details > Personal Liens


Icons

New icons have been added to the platform for easy identification:

  • Icons will be displayed in Property Profiles.

  • Icons will also be attached to the Contact Card for any relevant properties.

  • Notes will also be displayed under the Contact Card for the owner.
