Details and lien documents for property-based liens are located in the Transaction History section of the property profile.

Property Lien Flag:
This flag is set to true if the property has one or more open property liens.

Person-Based Involuntary Lien Data
What It Is
Person-based lien data includes liens recorded against individuals rather than properties. This information is crucial for understanding the financial obligations of property owners.

Details about person-based liens are located on the Contact Card, with documents stored in the Transaction History.
Lien Flags
Person Lien Flag:
This flag is set to true if the person has one or more open person liens. This does not apply to related subsidiary documents.
Property Has Person Lien Flag:
This flag is set to true if any owners of the property have one or more open person liens. This does not apply to related subsidiary documents.
