New Foreclosure Stage: Bank Owned-Held
For the bank owned properties themselves, adding a Bank Owned Held stage will remove older foreclosures that are likely no longer a good opportunity, while still allowing users to search for them by selecting Bank Owned Held under Past Sales.
Improved the Criteria Bot
Now, responses for common investment terms such as ‘Distressed sellers’, ‘Motivated sellers’, ‘Likely sellers’, ‘Probate’, and ‘ Code enforcement’ without direct criteria options to help users find what they’re looking for
Changed ‘Rent Break Even’ and ‘Value Break Even’ Calculations
In the Property Profile, use current mortgage rates (updated weekly) rather than a fixed 5%.
Added an ‘Actions’ button the Investment Analysis
Users can now quickly print/email reports.
