This release adds support for our simplified Subscription and Add On management. It also includes several bug fixes and enhancements.

Changes:

  • PDT-366 - Updated subscription Packages and Add Ons.

    • The Track and Complete Track packages are no longer offered

      • Complete Track users have been migrated to Complete + Track Add On along with a coupon to maintain their prior pricing

      • Track users have been migrated to Track + Track Add On along with a coupon to maintain their prior pricing

    • Prompts to contact support for users modifying their subscription that includes Add Ons and coupons have been removed. Managing subscription changes should now work in all cases.

    • Users can now add additional user counts from Manage Subscription. They still need to invite additional members as before

    • Trial accounts can now add additional members

    • Add Ons can now be added when starting a trial

    • The Subscription Settings screen has been simplified

    • Changing Packages and managing Add Ons have been merged in to one dialog. This screen has also been simplified.

  • API-3041 - Made improvements to the Alert email message format to make it more modern and responsive to different screen sizes

Issues Resolved:

  • WEB-2537 - Added an 'x' to the shape info box in Discover map view

  • WEB-2714 - Added a busy indicator to the Account Settings screen

  • WEB-2802 - Corrected the positioning of a 'this field is required' message on the Brand Center

  • API-3000 (Support Issue) - Resolved an issue where Comps reports were not using the user saved Comps options

  • API-3009 - Resolved an issue that prevented users from adding properties to a list from a filtered list view of a list over 10,000 properties

  • WEB-3106 - Resolved an issue where opening a list did not always open to the last used view, but showed the last used view as the selected view.

  • API-3029 (Support Issue) - Accounts with a coupon can now invite subscription included additional members

  • API-3030 (Support Issue) - Exporting mobile phones will no longer export non-purchased/unlocked mobile phones

  • API-3032 - Fixed the color of the Bankruptcy icon

  • WEB-3117 (Support Issue) - Users are now prevented from creating an Auto-recharge value for Purchases that is higher than their current balance, preventing it from triggering.

  • API-3033 (Support Issue) - Corrected the public API documentation for Radius and Polygons

  • API-3037 (Support Issue) - Fixed a mismatch between Integration Alerts and other Alerts for Status Change vs. New Match

  • API-3039 - Made some improvements to the Radar Bot to prevent it from becoming unavailable

  • API-3042 (Support Issue) - Fixed an issue with prorating subscription changes made shortly before the current renewal date

  • API-3045 - Added some additional logging to diagnose issues sending Direct Mail jobs

  • API-3068 - Updated the description of Divorce data to make it more clear where the data comes from and the limitations of that data

  • API-3082 - Adjusted the greeting message from Radar Bot

  • WEB-3219 (Support Issue) - Adjusted the wording of the WAVV link from Subscription Settings

  • API-3110 - Fixed the ability to sort by the 'Has Person Liens' column in list Grid views

  • API-3114 - Fixed an issue that could occur when using the 'New Since' filter in list views for lists that use the 'In List' criteria

  • API-3125 (Support Issue) - Added tooltips for Person Lien Document and Property Lien Document

  • API-3127 (Support Issue) - Registration now informs the user if they failed to register due to an expired validation code

  • API-3151 (Support Issue) - Resolved an issue with the Bankruptcy criteria being set to 'No' only returning properties with inactive bankruptcies. It will now return properties with no active bankruptcies.

  • API-3153 - Resolved issue with Direct Mail showing placeholder preview images

  • API-3173/WEB-3260 (Support Issue) - When sending Direct Mail, the app will now check if the mailing address and property address are different rather than using the primary residence tax flag to determine sending location. This was causing issues with properties without postal service not allowing selection of the mailing address (such as PO Box).

  • API-3194 - Resolved an issue with the 'In Divorce' criteria not returning all expected properties when set to 'No'
