We include auction opportunities from the date the Notice of Sale is filed, until the foreclosure is actually sold, or the sale is cancelled. We actively track every auction in our coverage area: California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

For preforeclosures, we will keep properties in the preforeclosure stage from when the Notice of Default is recorded until the property has sold, the Notice of Trustee Sale is recorded or 180 days has passed.
