We’ve recently updated PropertyRadar with changes to Listings data and features. To take advantage of new features, please close and reopen the app at your convenience. Here are the main things you need to know:

Listing Search has been removed from the main navigation menu and is now integrated within and across all of the search types. This is a more efficient way of including listings within all of your searches.

Listing search criteria can now be accessed from within Property Search, Foreclosure Search, Trustee Sale Schedule, and Transfer Search.

Listings search criteria are under the More Tab in Search Options.

The More Tab is found found within Search Options.

Certain listing fields have been added to the List View Columnsand can be integrated into your search results view, particularly for Property Search. Go to Settings > Search Preferences > List View Columns to customize.

We’ve made a substantial change to our listings data sources feed. Unfortunately, we’re no longer able to provide listing agent, listing company data, descriptions, or photos.

We’ve modified any of your saved searches and alerts to accommodate these changes in data. In cases where a saved search and alert is tied to a data field we no longer source, that search and/or alert has been deleted.

Finally, a bit of an advance mea culpa. With respect to new listings data, it may take a couple days to have everything fully in sync and all feeds finely tuned. We're overheating a datacenter with the number of CPUs we have crunching the new data. We decided to err on the side of getting the new listings data to our users sooner than later and pushed these changes live faster than we would have liked to. If there are any hiccups, our apologies in advance, and we’ll deal with them as fast as we can.

As always, if you have any questions about this update, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Support.
