iOS 3.11.1 Release Notes (April 9, 2020)

This release completes the migration to making dynamic lists always auto-add/remove. All existing dynamic lists will have those features enabled.

We have also added the ability for users to request having their subscriptions paused. When paused, the user will not be able to login.

As part of removing personal information from Contacts, we will no longer have social media links. We have moved the Facebook and Linkedin searches and placed them as icons in the Social heading in Property Profile. Users can still add any social links they have for any Contact.

New Features:

  • We have added the ability for users to request their subscription be paused. When going through the Cancel flow, if they choose "Taking a break" as the reason to cancel, they will be prompted with an option to Pause instead of cancel. This sends an email to support to manually process the pause. The account is not automatically cancelled nor paused after the user selects this option.

Changes:

  • Removed the ability to change the auto add/remove settings for dynamic lists.
  • We no longer provide social links for Contacts.  Users can still edit them and add any they know for a given contact.
  • Facebook and Linked in searches have been removed from Owner Search in Property Profile. They have been moved to the Social sections under Contacts as icons as well as to property cards and the Overview page. These links can be removed from individual contacts by editing the social links.
  • "Owner Search" under Contacts in property profile has been renamed "Skip Trace".
  • We have removed the three-letter codes from Property Type in Discover. This is purely cosmetic and does not impact any existing lists.

PropertyRadar 3.11 for Web App (March 24, 2020)

This release better emphasizes the difference between Dynamic and Static lists.  We have also improved the Export UI.

New Features

Dynamic lists are now checked for the auto-add/remove settings.  If either is disabled, the list type icon in My Lists (upper left of each card) will now show a warning icon.

Clicking that icon will give users three options to fix their list:

1)  Update the list settings to enable both auto-add and auto-remove

2)  Convert the list to a Static List

3)  Make a copy of the list to a new Static List and update the settings to enable both auto-add and auto-remove

Details here: https://help.propertyradar.com/en/articles/3764698-transitioning-your-lists

Changes

  • The 'New List' button on the My Lists page now gives an option to either create a Dynamic List or a Static List.  A new Static List will create an empty list user can later add properties to.
  • The cards in My Lists now display a diamond icon for Static Lists.
  • Exports to Zapier now have link in Purchases > Purchases History.  This allows the user to export that data to a file with all the Zapier fields.  It does not allow submitting back to Zapier at this time.
  • The canned Voice and Email export Fieldsets now include Secondary Contact phone and email.
  • My Lists now displays a count in the upper right of the total number of properties in every list.  It does not check for duplicates across lists.
  • The Confirm dialog for canceling no longer mentions the removed marketing tools.
  • List Settings have been updated.  There are now distinct differences between settings for Static and Dynamic lists.
  • Static list settings have been reduced to three options:  1)  Edit the name  2)  Delete the list  3)  Copy the list to a new Static list.
  • Dynamic lists are similar to before.  They allow editing the name, sharing a link, deleting, copying, and setting the auto-add/remove settings.  The Copy action has been updated to allow either copying the current matches to a new Static list or to open Discover with the current criteria to create a new Dynamic list.
  • The Export to File dialogs has been updated to reduce confusion.
  • The included Fields for the selected Fieldset are now displayed.
  • The plus button to create a new Fieldset has been changed to a text button to better state what it does.
  • Property cards viewed in Card view and by clicking properties in Map view now have a Manage icon to access the manage options for the single property.  This is a yellow star in the upper right cornerAPI-497 - The Registration form has been updated to be more mobile-friendly.  It now works on Android (Chrome was tested).
  • Company name was added as a field.
  • The Add to Lists widget in Property Profile has been changed.
  1. You can no longer add a property to a Dynamic list.
  2. You can no longer remove a property from a Dynamic list.
  3. You no longer add to static lists in the box displaying the current lists.
  • There is a new control under the box that lets you add to an existing static list, or to create a new list to add the property to.

Issues Resolved

  • Resolved an issue in user profile settings that prevented users from deleting the zip code
  • Made changes to the photo viewer in property profile to improve the performance when the user has added lots of photos
  • Grid and Split list views will no longer display "loading" for empty lists/no filter matches/no Lookup matches
  • Updated the text on the Export dialog in legacy search to reflect the new settings location
  • Users will no longer be logged out when canceling a subscription
  • Email/Phone icons will now update in the list Card view and the property profile Overview page when purchased
  • After adding/editing a contact, the list Card view will now update
  • Improved the logic for primary and mailing addresses for Contacts. This was causing some Contacts to show old, now invalid addresses
  • Resolved an issue where edit

PropertyRadar 3.10 for Web App (February 13, 2020)

New Features:

New Export feature for Lists with the ability to export phone numbers and email addresses.

Create and save custom Field Sets for exports.

Exports from Lists are available in four file formats:

  1. Excel (.xlsx)
  2. Comma delimited (.csv)
  3. Tab delimited (.tsv)
  4. Extensible markup (.xml)

Trustee Sale Schedule and the Legacy Searches (Foreclosure, Property, Transfer) still use the old Export.

Changes:

Report branding has been changed:

  • The user's First and Last name will now always be included. This was previously optional
  • Settings have moved from User Settings > Profile > Report Branding to User Settings > Profile > Account Info. These fields are now optional
  • All PropertyRadar branding has been removed

Removed several fields from Contacts in Property Profile

Contacts in Property Profile will now always display the Primary Contact first if a user has changed who the primary contact is. User added contacts will also now be set as Primary when created.

Added FIPS as a criteria in Discover. Users should only use either FIPS or County criteria. The two criteria will cancel each other out.

Counties are now displayed as County and State in the criteria picker

Parcel maps are now more widely available. Multiple parcel maps for a single property are now merged in to a single pdf document

Some criteria have been moved/renamed:

  • Carrier Route is moved from Location->Other to Location->Address
  • Mortgage->Any becomes Mortgage->All Loans

The Automations icon on the My Lists view will now include a checkmark if an Automation is enabled

Issues Resolved:

  • Improved how list filters work when setting Interest Level to no stars. Rather than return all properties regardless of the set Interest Level, it will only return saved properties that have no Interest Level set. If a property does not have any attribute saved and has no Interest Level, it will not be returned by the filter.
  • Fixed an issue that made Export to Zapier fail when append email was selected and the user had set an email for a contact to 'Opted Out'
  • Improved how parcels with no linked property are handled. The web, iOS and Android clients should now all work consistently and display a proper message.
  • Resolved an error in Discover that would happen when adding more criteria to a list after having included a City had a space in the name. Support reported this issue when adding 'Has Owner Phone = No'
  • Resolved an error with exporting to Zapier that happened for certain purchase prices. This was reported as "Invalid Amount".
  • Resolved an issue with Owner Mailing Label reports where some addresses would not have names included when those owners were not people
  • Updated the text on the Forgot Password email to include the new location to change your password
  • When editing phone numbers for a contact in property profile that has purchasable, but no visible phones, 'Purchase Phone' will no longer display as an existing phone number
  • Resolved an error in legacy searches that prevented a user from opening Search Options after having viewed a property from their results

Known Issues:

  • Building custom field sets does not work with Firefox. We have no plans to fix this at this time. We only support Chrome.
