What's New:

This update introduces new person and property lien, bankruptcy, and divorce datasets, including search criteria, flags in Property Profiles, and expanded export options. Monitoring is now enabled by default, with a daily digest option to streamline updates. A new foreclosure stage, Bank Owned-Held, helps refine search results for older opportunities.

New Features:

Liens, Bankruptcy, and Divorce Data!

  • Introduced new search criteria for personal and property liens, bankruptcy, and divorce statuses.

  • Added person-based flags for involuntary liens, bankruptcy, and divorce in Property Profiles and Contacts.

  • Included property-based flags for involuntary liens in Property Profiles.

  • Expanded data export options with additional fields for liens, bankruptcy, and divorce data.

  • Added new document types to the Transactions section for comprehensive tracking.

Enhancements and Changes:

Monitored Lists Enhancements

  • List Monitoring is now enabled by default.

  • We've added a daily digest automation option and enabled it by default.

New Foreclosure Stage: Bank Owned-Held

  • The new Bank Owned-Held stage for bank-owned properties helps filter out older foreclosures that are no longer viable opportunities while still allowing users to search for them under the Past Sales category.

Improved the Radar AI List-Builder

  • Responses for common investment terms like Distressed Sellers, Motivated Sellers, Likely Sellers, Probate, and Code Enforcement have been enhanced to guide users toward the most relevant criteria, even when direct options are unavailable.

Changed ‘Rent Break Even’ and ‘Value Break Even’ Calculations

  • In the Property Profile, break-even calculations now use current mortgage rates, updated weekly.

Added an ‘Actions’ button for Investment Analysis

  • Users can now quickly print/email reports.
