After logging into PropertyRadar's web or mobile apps, you can contact the PropertyRadar Support team from the Main Menu. Open the Main Menu and select Contact Support.

There's three types of calls you can schedule:
Quick Call (10 mins)
For quick questions or customer account and billing issues. Note that most of these can be resolved using Contact Support from the main menu in the app.
Talk to a Pro (20 mins)
For questions that require some tutoring or complex issues with data.
One to One Demo (45 mins)
Whether you're brand new or a longtime customer, our One to One Demo meetings are a great way to learn about getting the most out of your PropertyRadar subscription.
