Product Updates, New Features, Fixes, and Known Issues for PropertyRadar Web and Mobile Apps

PropertyRadar 3.9 for Android (November 25, 2019)

Note: Previous versions (3.8.x and earlier) of PropertyRadar's mobile app for Android will not work. This is a mandatory update.

  • Added ability to purchase email addresses for contacts.

  • New In All Lists criteria to match web app.

  • Easily sort My Lists.

  • Added integration with Zapier. This is a preview available to Pro subscribers only. Contact support for access to the private Zapier beta.

  • Default location now based on last searched State and County in Trustee Sale Schedule.

  • Various other bug fixes.

1. Preview Beta Zapier Integration 

We’re excited to announce a preview of our beta integration with Zapier, a productivity tool that seamlessly connects PropertyRadar to over 1,500 business apps to automate marketing, workflows, and repetitive tasks.

Now you can Zap a list into your CRM or Google Sheets. Zap an owner a postcard. Zap a list into a dialer. Or, Zap specific properties to a project manager. 1,000s of possibilities!

Pro plan subscribers are eligible to use beta Zapier integration during the preview period, which is expected to run until the end of 2019. After the beta preview ends, the Zapier integration feature will be available as a subscription upgrade.

Alongside the preview, Pro subscribers can now purchase append phone numbers and email addresses for use with Zapier integrations.

2. Phone Number & Email Address Purchase Append

Purchase append phone numbers and email addresses to view. With Zapier integration, they can be exported to your favorite apps.

Now, if we have an email address, you can just purchase it to reveal it and/or export to Zapier, no need to send an InVite.

Pro Plan Purchase Append Costs:

  • $0.10 / email address append

  • $0.06 / phone number append (Phone numbers are still visible for free to Pro subscribers. Only purchase for export to Zapier.) 

🔥Tip! Use criteria to filter on owners with phone numbers and email addresses. 

Phone & Email Exports Coming in 3.10

"But what about exporting phone and email addresses to a .csv", you ask?

That ability (and a whole lot more 🤐) will be available in our next release, 3.10. Hang tight, we're getting close.

We tried to slip that into 3.9, but it ended up having a longer development timeline and we didn’t want to delay getting Zapier into your hands. But you can use Zapier to export to 1,500 apps, including Google Sheets and Excel - so that should keep you plenty busy! 😁

Account Settings: Manage Purchases Account Balance

Account Settings has been relocated to the top right bar.

Purchases Account Balance

All in-app purchases will now be made as a debit against your Purchases Account Balance. This includes document images, exports, phone numbers and email addresses.

By making our in-app purchases against a balance, we are able to avoid the high credit card processing fees for small purchases and maintain lower prices for you.

When you purchase an email or phone from within PropertyRadar, that purchase deducts from your Account Balance.

You may also set up specific parameters to Auto-recharge and set a Daily Maximum for purchases.

Note that purchases (such as exports and document images) prior to the 3.9 remain in the Subscription Billing History.

Discover opportunities across all your lists

New criteria "In Any List" and 'In All Lists".

Two new criteria located in Criteria > My Data > Lists that help uncover hidden opportunities inside your lists, easily segment the lists you already have, or join multiple lists into one.

In Any List lets you create a new list that includes another list, allowing you you to segment your list by adding additional criteria, or combine lists. This is the same as the In List criteria we previously offered.

In All Lists lets you identify properties and owners that appear within every list you select. This is VERY POWERFUL for finding your hottest leads.

[1] A faster, more powerful Lookup

PropertyRadar's power users do thousands of Lookups a month. The new Lookup reduces clicks and screens changes. The new Lookup will save power users HOURS of click time in a year.

Also new in Lookup is the powerful Manage⭐️options. More on that in #3 below. And Lookup also has split view....

[2] Introducing Split View in Discover and Lookup

Split View combines Map and Grid view for a more efficient way of viewing Lookup results and in Discover. See the results visually and all the details at the same time!

[3] Use Manage⭐️ options for Lookup results and Discover previews

We've added the same Manage⭐️options that are in My Lists to Lookup Discover. 

Manage options include:

  • Add to a List

  • Remove from List

  • Set Interest Level

  • Set Status

  • Add Note

[4] Find Flippers now using Discover 🎉

With Discover, there's hardly a reason to use Property or Foreclosure Search anymore. And the only reason to Transfer Search was to find flippers. Not anymore!

To find flippers fast, in Transfer Type criteria add Market Flip, Short Sale Flip, and REO Flip as criteria.

In your List View columns, add Seller Name, Purchase Amount, Purchase Amount Change, and Purchase Percent Change to further sort your results and see who in your market is crushing it with flips. Competitive market research is important!

Discover is the ONE do-it-all feature for every possible search you can think of with the ability to save every result to a list and then set alerts and start connecting.

[5] Find owners that own multiple properties using Discover

You've probably noticed that we show you the other properties that an owner owns on the Owner tab in the Property and Owner Profile.

Now we've turned that into a criteria inside Discover. "Number of Properties Owned" lets you filter on the estimated number of properties that are currently owned by each property owner.

[6] Improved map tools 🙏

Sometimes it's the little things that count. We made some tweaks to the map tools to make using PropertyRadar's Map Views more efficient.

Use Locate on Map to quickly navigate to a specific location.

Use the Map Pin to Enable and Disable Auto-zoom

This is handy when you're adding and removing criteria. "Pinning the map" keeps the map from zooming in and out as you add and remove criteria.

1. Introducing Discover

Explore and Make a List are now combined into a simple, efficient interface. Leverage awesome data heatmaps to understand your market visually. Over 200 powerful criteria and 100+ Quick Lists to find your future customers and deals fast. Organize and save to Lists to start connecting and growing your business.

2. New Loan data, criteria, and Quick Lists

Mortgage Professionals and Note Buyers will be really excited about this new Loan data and criteria. Note that this new Loan information appears on Document Details.

  • Save time and money by excluding owners from Lists because recent loan activity or terms may disqualify them from being an opportunity

  • Understand more about the owner's financing journey with greater transaction history details

3. Lookup - Quick Search renamed as Lookup

We renamed Quick Search to Lookup to accurately reflect what that feature does so well: Lookup an owner name, property address, phone number, email, or APN for fast info.

4. Changes to List View: Manage menu options updated

Note that the Connect button was removed from List View and Export and Route added to the Manage menu options.

Don't worry, you can still use the Connect icon from every List in My Lists to get connected using direct mail, online ads, print labels, and mail merge.

6. National Launch Update!

The biggest "feature" we released with 3.7 is something we hope you don't even notice.🤞

We retired a very old billing system with a new one. That was like having a heart transplant during brain surgery. Terrifying, and not the least bit exciting.

What is exciting is that with this new billing system, the #1 hurdle for supporting a national launch is complete! ✅

"When!?" you will ask. No set date, but this year!  🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

7. Mobile apps updated to 3.6

To support all the new data, features, and billing system, you will need to update your iPhone or Android mobile app to 3.6.
