Trigger Type
A trigger is how data gets from PropertyRadar to Zapier, and then from Zapier, to your selected app(s). The TriggerType field is set to one of the following values based on what is triggered:
Export Trigger
The TriggerType is set to Export when a PropertyRadar user chooses Export to Zapier from the Actions (...) menu.
Export to Zapier in the Actions (...) menu is available in Discover and Lookup, and in the Property & Owner Profile for a specific property.
New Match Trigger
The TriggerType is set to New Match when you have Automations enabled on a list, have the New Match option selected, and a new match occurs. A New Match occurrence depends on the list type:
Dynamic List: A property is added automatically to a Dynamic List, because that property now matches the criteria on which the Dynamic List is based.
Static List: A property is manually added to a Static List.
New Matches may include information about what changed to cause the record to now match your criteria. If this information is available, records will include up to three changes to indicate what changed to cause the New Match to occur. Refer to the Change Fields and Values table below.
Change Trigger
The TriggerType is set to Change when you have Automation enabled on a list, have the Status change option selected, and certain changes happen to properties in your list. For example, a listing price change, or a foreclosure postponement.
Change records will include up to three changes, to indicate what changed. Each change provides the type of change: the previous value: and the new value. Refer to the Change Fields and Values table below.

Change 1: Listing Status:Active:Pending
In this example, the string 'Listing Type:Active:Pending' identifies that the change is specific to Listing Status. It was 'Active' and the change is that it is now 'Pending'.

The payload of the Change trigger uses colons, and can be parsed using the Zapier Multi-Step Zaps, along with Filters and Formatters.
New Record Trigger
The TriggerType is set to New Record when you have Automation enabled on a list, have the Status change option selected, and certain New Records are added to properties in your list. For example, a listing price change, or a foreclosure postponement.
New Record triggers can include events such as: a new listing, a Notice Of Default, a market flip, or a new cash-out loan. In some instances, New Records can carry an Attribute of data along with a payload. This is called a New Record Attribute.
For Example
Trigger: 'New Record'
New Record Type: 'New Listing'
New Record Attribute: 'List Price:335000' Where the 'List Price' is the Attribute name and 335000 is the payload.
Using the Zapier Multi-Step Zaps, along with Filters and Formatters, you can perform operatations on Attributes with conditions, or perform certain actions.
For Example
In the string "List Price:335000" you could use the Filter to automatically decide that if the payload integer value is over 300000, then that record could be tagged in your CRM: "Hot Lead".
Or, if the integer value that follows the ":" in the string "List Price:335000" is less than 500000, ignore this task and do nothing.
