Exporting data from PropertyRadar is only available to paid subscribers. Exports are not available during the free 3-day trial.
🛑 Note Before Exporting: Always test an export with a small sample set (2-3 records) before exporting a large set, to ensure your export format and fields needs are met.
After you search for properties that fit your criteria, or make a list, you can export this PropertyRadar data. Various features in the app provide a quick click where you can choose to Export to File, or Export to Zapier.
When you choose to Export to Zapier, there is a fixed set of fields. You can choose, in Zapier, which to include or not. For details, review Using Zapier with PropertyRadar.
You can export large quantity search results all at once. These larger exports will take more time, so once the export is complete you will receive an email with a downloadable file. The number of records you can export depends on your subscription, and you can always modify your subscription to change the number of exports. You can view your export summary to assess your needs.
The export record month begins at midnight on the morning of the anniversary of your renewal date day. If the anniversary is beyond the last day of the month (for example, the 31st), it is moved to the last day of the month (in our example, the 30th).
