Combining the Chrome Extension with your PropertyRadar subscription

Anyone can add and use the PropertyRadar Chrome Extension to extract and use addresses from a web page. Additional actions are available when you subscribe to PropertyRadar. These additional actions include:

Open

After logging into your PropertyRadar account, you can open extracted addresses in PropertyRadar (you can also open an address in Redfin, Realtor, Zillow, and Google Maps).

To open an address in PropertyRadar use the following steps:

  1. After logging in to PropertyRadar and extracting addresses for a web page, click the Lookup Property & Owner Data button for the address you want to open.
    Additional address information is displayed.

  2. Click the Actions menu, and then the PropertyRadar menu.

  3. Select Open.
    PropertyRadar app opens the Property and Owner Profile for the selected address.

Add to list

To add an address to a list in your PropertyRadar account, use the following steps:

  1. After logging in to PropertyRadar and extracting addresses for a web page, click the Lookup Property & Owner Data button for the address you want to add.

    Additional address information is displayed.

  2. Click the Actions menu, and then the PropertyRadar menu.

  3. Select Add to list.
    The Add to List dialog box is displayed.

  4. Click in the "Select or type for new" text box to select the name of an existing list, or type a new list name, you want to add the address to.

  5. Click the Plus button to add the address to the list(s) you selected/typed.
    The My Lists box displays the list(s) to which you added the address. You can add the address to other lists using the same method.

  6. Click Done.
    The address is added to My Lists in your PropertyRadar account.

Set Interest Level

To set the interest level, use the following steps:

  1. After logging in to PropertyRadar and extracting addresses for a web page, click the address' Lookup Property & Owner Data button for which you want to set the interest level.

    Additional address information is displayed.

  2. Click the Actions menu, and then the PropertyRadar menu.

  3. Select Set Interest Level.
    The Add Level of Interest box is displayed.

  4. Select the number of stars you want for the address.

  5. Click Save.
    The Interest Level for this address is set in your PropertyRadar account.

Set Status

To select a status level for an address, use the following steps:

  1. After logging in to PropertyRadar and extracting addresses for a web page, click the address' Lookup Property & Owner Data button for which you want to set the status.

    Additional address information is displayed.

  2. Click the Actions menu, and then the PropertyRadar menu.
    The Select a Status Level box is displayed.

  3. Click the Select a Status Level menu, then select the status level you want to set for the address.
    Scroll to see all the status level options.

  4. Click Save.
    The Status is set for the address in your PropertyRadar account.

Add Note

To add a note for an address, use the following steps:

  1. After logging in to PropertyRadar and extracting addresses for a web page, click the Lookup Property & Owner Data button for the address you want to add a note to.

    Additional address information is displayed.

  2. Click the Actions menu, and then the PropertyRadar menu.

  3. Select Add Note.
    The Add Note box is displayed.

  4. Type your notes in the textbox.

  5. Click Add.
    Your Note is added to the Property and Owner Profile for the address.

Print report

To print a report for an address, do the following:

  1. After logging in to PropertyRadar and extracting addresses for a web page, click the Lookup Property & Owner Data button for the address you want to print a report for.

    Additional address information is displayed.

  2. Click the Actions menu, and then the PropertyRadar menu.

  3. Select Print report.
    The Print Report box is displayed.

  4. From the Attach Report menu, select the report type you want to print.

  5. Click Print.
    A report is downloaded that you can open, review, and print.

Email report

To email a report for an address, complete the steps below:

  1. After logging in to PropertyRadar and extracting addresses for a web page, click the Lookup Property & Owner Data button for the address you want to email a report.

    Additional address information is displayed.

  2. Click the Actions menu, and then the PropertyRadar menu.

  3. Select Email report.
    The Email Report box is displayed.

  4. In the To field, type the email address you want to send the report, and click the Enter/Return key (the Tab key will indicate an error).
    The email address is added to be sent a report on the address.

  5. In the Subject and Message fields, type the relevant information.

  6. From the Attach Report menu, select the report type you want to email.

  7. Click Send.
    The report is sent to the email address(es) you added.
