With the PropertyRadar Chrome Extension, you can easily extract addresses from a web page using the steps below.
Navigate to the web page from which you want to extract addresses.
Web pages provide address information in a variety of ways, depending on how the coder wrote the page. Therefore, extraction results will depend on the web page because of the underlying code.
Click the PropertyRadar extension link.
The Property Address Tool for Chrome window opens.
Click the Scan for Addresses button in the Extract Addresses panel.
The web page is scanned, which can take a bit of time depending on the page; then the addresses are displayed.
The extraction process may not always get every address on the page, and could even contain unintended addresses such as the company, or website designer address. Remember extraction results may vary due to how the code was written.
After extracting addresses from a web page, you can export those addresses to a PropertyRadar List, a CSV file, or an XLSX file.
To export a list, extract addresses from a web page; then click the button for the type of export you want:
After logging in or signing up for a PropertyRadar subscription, you can create a new List in with the extracted addresses from the web page by doing the following:
Click the PropertyRadar button for your export type.
The Import New List window is displayed.
Type the List name in the text box.
Set the Match Threshold using the slider.
You can set how much importance you want to give in the automatic matching of information between your imported file and the PropertyRadar data. A variety of fields are compared between the two data sets, to determine the accuracy of the match.
The addresses are imported into PropertyRadar, and can be found in My Lists. Depending on your subscription, the Purchase Import Records window may be displayed to indicate a need to add money to your purchase allowances.
