In-App

After logging into the app, you can learn more about PropertyRadar using the Support Settings.

  • In the Main Menu click the "?" icon in the top right corner, and select the Support Settings you want. Or, click Contact Support in the Main Menu.

In the pop-up, you can chat with Customer Support, or search the Help Center articles.

Help Center and Website

You can also use the Help Center for the other ways to contact Customer Support; or connect using the website.

Customer Support is available Monday - Friday (non-holidays) from 6am-6pm Pacific Time.
