Exporting data from PropertyRadar is only available to paid subscribers. Exports are not available during the free 5-day trial.
π Notes Before Exporting:
Always test an export with a small sample set (2-3 records) before exporting a large set to ensure your export format and field needs are met.
Re-exporting the same list will count towards your monthly included export quota.
You will not need to re-unlock any email addresses or phone numbers as once unlocked they remain unlocked.
Export Overview
After you search for properties that fit your criteria, or make a list, you can export this PropertyRadar data. Various features in the app provide a quick click where you can choose to Export to File, or Export to Zapier.
When you choose to Export to File, you can choose use any of the common pre-defined field sets, or customize your export field sets to fit your needs.
When you choose to Export to Zapier, there is a fixed set of fields. You can choose, in Zapier, which to include or not. For details, review Using Zapier with PropertyRadar.

The export record month begins at midnight on the morning of the anniversary of your renewal date day. If the anniversary is beyond the last day of the month (for example, the 31st), it is moved to the last day of the month (in our example, the 30th).
