This release includes updates across the PropertyRadar platform.

Highlights in this release include updates to AI Discover, editable criteria chips in Plays, the new Brand Manager experience replacing Brand Center, For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listing data, and Template Manager updates in Brand Manager.

AI Discover <a href="http://help.propertyradar.com/en/articles/15264852-using-ai-discover">AI Discover</a>, powered by Radar AI, improve the discovery experience and supports how you find opportunities and relevant results inside PropertyRadar. Radar AI drives conversational list-building experience, with manual options available to update your results and return to. your conversation.

Users can now edit and reorder <a href="http://help.propertyradar.com/en/articles/15353071-criteria-shortcuts">criteria shortcuts</a> for faster access to frequently used criteria, which helps reduce time spent navigating through longer criteria lists and makes common search workflows more efficient.

Editable Criteria Chips Plays now includes several new editable criteria chips, making it easier to adjust and refine criteria directly within the workflow.

In Direct Mail, the 'The Estate of' option is no longer selectable for non-name recipients such as 'Resident'

Improved the performance of very large exports which were failing to complete.

Map views (street/satellite) selections will now persist in Property Profile. The last used view will be used when opening a new property. This applies to the main map, the full screen map and to Comparables and Neighbors.
