What is a 3rd Party Static Lead List
3rd Party Static Lead Lists, provided by an external vendor, are designed to help users identify specific types of properties or leads based on criteria that are not available in PropertyRadar, like code violations and evictions. Each list is static and represents data from a specific week, new lists are updated and made available for purchase on a weekly basis.
It's important to note that these lists are built by a 3rd party vendor and do not include specific details about the criteria, such as the exact nature of the violations or other underlying factors.
When you purchase a 3rd Party Static List, it is automatically saved to the My List tab in your account. You can then access PropertyRadar’s comprehensive property and owner information for each new lead and unlock contact information like phone numbers and email addresses.
How to Purchase a 3rd Party Static List
Step 1: Select the 3rd Party Static List
Select the 3rd Party Static List category from the Marketplace category menu. Browse the static lists available and select the one you want to purchase.
Step 2: Choose Your Criteria
Once you’ve selected your list, you’ll need to specify the following criteria:
State & County: Choose the state and county where the data should be sourced from.
Week: Select the week of data you want to purchase.
As you make these selections, the total cost for the list will be automatically updated at the top of the page.
Step 3: Proceed to Purchase
After finalizing your criteria, click the Buy Now button to move forward with the purchase process.
Step 4: Enter Payment Information
Enter your payment information on the Buy Now page. Once you’ve confirmed all the details, click Buy Now to complete the transaction.
Step 5: Access Your Purchased List
After your purchase is complete, return to the My List tab within the app. Your newly purchased static list will be available here.
Note: The purchased list will contain all the details already included in the Property Profile. However, it will not include details specific to the static list you purchased.
Step 6: Unlock Contact Information
Contact information will be locked on your purchased list. Follow the normal process to unlock phone numbers and email addresses.
Note: Purchased 3rd Party Static Lists can be monitored to track status updates like just listed, new transfers, new loans, etc., but it won’t monitor for new matches based on the 3rd party criteria.
