How do I cancel my subscription?

Ending and restarting your PropertyRadar subscription

This guide applies to all PropertyRadar customers, including individuals and teams. If you need assistance or have questions before canceling, our Customer Support team is here to help at support@propertyradar.com.


Overview

You can cancel your PropertyRadar subscription at any time. There are three methods available for cancellation, outlined below. Please note, cancellations cannot be processed in person, by phone, or via in-app chat.

If you wish to temporarily stop using the service, cancellation is currently the only method available to pause your subscription.

Cancellation Methods

You can cancel your subscription at any time, using one of the following methods:

Using Account Settings

  1. From the Account Settings menu, select Subscription.

  2. In the Subscription window, click the Cancel Subscription button.
    The Cancellation Reason pop-up is displayed.

  3. From the list of reasons, please select the box indicating why you are cancelling your subscription.
    We value your honest feedback, as we continually work to incorporate user's needs in improving PropertyRadar.

  4. Click the Continue button.

  5. In the Confirm Cancellation pop-up, read the acknowledgements and select the three boxes affirming your acceptance of the conditions of your cancellation.

  6. Click the Cancel Subscription button.

After completing these steps, review the Cancellation Terms to understand your account access and any outstanding fees. Information on restarting your subscription is provided below.

Using Email

(Please allow one business day after we receive your request.)

  1. From the email address associated with your PropertyRadar subscription, compose a new email message addressed to support@propertyradar.com.

  2. Include the reason for cancellation and a phone number where we can reach you if there are questions regarding your subscription.

  3. If you can’t email us from your registered address, include your account’s registered email address and the last four digits of the credit card on file.

Using Post Mail

(Please allow up to 10 days for receipt and processing. We cannot guarantee any requested specific cancellation date.)

  1. Send a letter to:

    P.O. Box 837
    Truckee, CA 96160

  2. Include the email address linked to your account and the last four digits of the credit card on file.

  3. A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation is processed. If you don’t have access to your registered email anymore, contact Customer Support.

  4. Review our Cancellation Terms and information about restarting your subscription. Please include the email address associated with the account you want to cancel, as well as the last four (4) digits of the credit card affiliated with that account.

Important Cancellation Terms

Please review the User Agreement for a full description of subscription cancellation terms.

  • We do not accept cancellation requests in-person, on the phone, or via in-app chat.

  • Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, however you will continue to have access until the end of your paid subscription period.

  • All fees due from you to us, up to the end of the then-current subscription period at the time of termination, shall remain payable to us unless otherwise specified.

Restarting Your Subscription

Your previous account settings, contacts, and other saved data will remain available for 90 days after cancellation, but may be deleted at any time after that date.

This approach ensures that when you're ready to return, your account can be reactivated seamlessly without starting over.

  1. Log in to the PropertyRadar Web App

    • Use your existing username and password to access the app.

  2. Follow the Subscription Restart Prompts

    • Select a subscription plan that best suits your needs.

    • Decide whether you prefer monthly or annual billing.

    • Add any additional features or services you require.

  3. Confirm Payment Details

    • Verify or update your preferred payment method.

    • Review the total cost before completing the reactivation process.

Reactivation Costs

The cost for reactivating your account depends on the current available subscription plans. Here’s a breakdown of the main options:

  • Solo Plan: $119/month (or $99/month when billed annually)

  • Team Plan: $249/month (or $199/month annually)

  • Business Plan: $599/month (or $549/month annually) You can verify the costs and select your options during the reactivation process in the PropertyRadar app.
