Online Ads is a PropertyRadar feature you can use to create hyperlocal, data-driven digital display ad campaigns that target property owners and leads. It complements email and direct mail efforts, and serves as a foundation for your multi-channel marketing strategy.

You can upload designs, use templates, or describe your ideal ad, and let PropertyRadar managing the rest.

Note: The previous "Online Ads" feature is now "Custom Audience," enabling lead list exports for precise targeting on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads.


Online Ads

"Online Ads" is a blanket term that describes several forms of digital advertising that enable advertisers to promote products and services across a variety of digital media.

In PropertyRadar, online ads refer to the display ad sets that can be created and targeted to a serve to a specific audience that you've defined.

While ad inventory - or the available "digital real estate" where an ad can display - vary from site to site, it's important to understand that, via PropertyRadar, your ads are managed to be served to your specific, property-based leads across thousands of websites, wherever your leads are consuming media.

Custom Audience

Expanding your reach across Facebook and Instagram, and even through a Google Ads account, can be done by using the Custom Audience feature.

This feature enables you to develop a list for matching and targeting contacts across those properties made available by both Meta and Google.

Note that campaign management, ad creation, design, and budget control will require you have an ad management account set up with the related platforms prior to creating campaigns.

Custom audiences can be accessed under their own page from My Lists > Connect.

What do I need to get started?

To get started you only need a landing page or website, and a minimum of 500 properties that you would like to target.

The PropertyRadar team will help you ideate, design, and deploy your ads based upon your unique brand and criteria.

Pro tip - Setting up your Brand Center is a great way to ensure that your brand identity is consistent throughout your Connect features. Uniform fonts, colors, and brand-related taglines are recommended throughout campaign activities.

How do I make Online Ads a part of my multi-channel marketing strategy?

Follow these best practices to get started quickly.

If you haven't already done so, leverage other Connect features like email marketing and direct mail and develop your campaign activities in tandem with one another.

How quickly can I start serving ads?

Once your ads are approved, you can expect them to run for approximately 5-10 days.

Note that design, review, and approval can take up to 5 business days depending on the amount of revisions required.

Can I purchase specific placements on specific sites?

Targeting and bidding on specific website inventory is not possible at this time.

How do I know how well my online ads are working?

Upon completion of your campaign, we will send you a report showing impressions served and clicks.

Visitor and lead activity on your landing page and/or related websites can be measured with a variety of third-party tools, with Google Analytics being a commonly use platform to track activity across your website.
