Making Calls

Use the Dialer to connect with contacts

Updated over 3 weeks ago

PropertyRadar’s phone marketing tools—powered by WAVV—make it easy to connect with prospects directly from your lists. With the WAVV Dialer, the “Make Calls” feature lets you reach out to leads right from the PropertyRadar app.

Depending on your WAVV subscription, you can use one of three dialer options:

Preview Dialer

Call prospects one at a time using a soft-phone on your desktop or mobile device. During your session, the Phone Marketing Panel gives you full visibility into Property Profile details, lets you take notes, and access call scripts—so you're always prepared.

Single Line Dialer

Reach out to your list more efficiently using the Single Line Dialer. Like the Preview Dialer, it works from your desktop or mobile soft-phone. You also get access to spam protection and call drop voicemails, plus full use of the Phone Marketing Panel for insights, scripts, and note-taking.

Multi-Line Power Dialer

Maximize your call efficiency by dialing up to three numbers at once. When someone answers, you can connect with them while automatically dropping callback voicemails on the other lines. You’ll still have access to spam protection, call drop voicemails, Property Profile details, notes, and scripts via the Phone Marketing Panel.
