There are two types of Lists in PropertyRadar.
Dynamic Lists are created using criteria in Discover. They are always up to date and only contain the properties that currently match your criteria.
Static Lists are created by manually adding properties to a list. They do not have criteria. The properties on these Lists only change when you add or remove manually, or set up an automation to do so.
How do I create each type of List?
Both types of Lists can be created from the "New List" button on your My Lists page.
Selecting Dynamic List will take you to Discover where you can add Criteria to create your list.
Choosing Static List will open a dialog asking for a List Name. Once you've named the List, it will create an empty Static List.
You can add properties to your Static List using the Manage > Add to List tool (from any grid view or property card) or by using the My Lists tool in the Property Profile.
